Detailed nomination criteria

Each main category contains five questions, and the standard evaluation is 500 degrees, and all nominations that are higher than 200 degrees receive an initial pass, and the winning category remains (gold – silver – bronze) and is determined according to the final results of the participants. These criteria can be modified to suit the specificities of each category to achieve a comprehensive and fair evaluation


Categories of public companies and for-profit organizations

The evaluation in all subcategories of this category is based on answering the following questions:

    How do the new products or services developed by the organization contribute to providing added value to customers and society?
  • Leadership and administrative excellence:
    In what way does the organization’s leadership style contribute to promoting a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation?
  • Sustainability and social responsibility:
    How does the organization integrate the concepts of sustainability and social responsibility into its innovative strategies and projects?
  • Diversity and inclusion:
    What strategies or initiatives is the organization implementing to promote diversity and inclusion within its internal environment and in its projects?
  • Investing in people:
    In what ways does the organization invest in developing its team’s skills to support innovation and creativity?

The evaluation in all subcategories of this category is based on answering the following questions:

  • Excellence in providing services:
    How does the organization evaluate the effectiveness of the services it provides and what are the mechanisms used to ensure the quality of these services?
  • Innovation and development:
    What creative or new approaches has the organization adopted to improve its performance or expand its services?
  • Social responsibility and sustainability:
    How does the organization integrate the concepts of social responsibility and sustainability into its projects and operations?
  • Cooperation and building partnerships:
    In what way does the organization seek to build strategic partnerships and what is their importance to the success of the organization?
  • Transparency and accountability:
    How does the organization ensure its transparency and accountability to society or stakeholders?

    What methods does your organization use to measure and improve its positive impact on society?

    How does your organization’s leadership foster a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation?

    How does your organization work to build strategic partnerships that contribute to enhancing innovation and knowledge exchange?

    In what ways does your organization encourage continuous learning and self-development for its members?

The evaluation in all subcategories of this category is based on answering the following questions:

    What achievements or innovations have you made that you think set you apart from others?
  • Leadership and influence:
    How would you describe your leadership style and what methods have you used to positively influence others?
  • Continuous development and learning:
    How do you commit to constantly developing yourself and what strategies do you follow to stay up to date with the latest developments in your field?
  • Social contribution and volunteering:
    What volunteer work or social contributions have you made and how have these efforts contributed to the improvement of your community or field?
  • Overcoming challenges:
    What are the biggest challenges you faced in your career and how did you overcome them?

    What steps have you taken to develop your professional or research path and how do you plan to continue developing these paths?
